I led a five-member team with two direct reports in overseeing any issues for brokers and traders involving trading systems, OTC products, confirmations, and financial statements. Also, I conduct extensive research and resolve any additional issues regarding the operation of derivative trades. Assist with the daily functions of running a foreign exchange prime brokerage including reconciliation, trade rolls, conversions, payments, trade flow issues, posting & entry, and account setup. I post EFRP transactions utilizing ICE Block and with internal CME clearing teams to mitigate and manage risk. Each quarter, I create and present a comprehensive report to the Executive Board to provide reviews on achievements, current projects, and key metrics surrounding the team. Perform first round interviews for incoming candidates and conduct new hire training, OTC trade entry, and testing and serve as a trusted liaison and subject matter expert for the entire financial operations department. Career highlights accomplishments include: • Led the testing of the new OTC structured products process during a significant software conversion project that involved coordinating with multiple offices and working with internal and third-party developers that resulted in a substantial manual reduction from 8 hours to only 15 minutes per day.
