Brendon is a pleasure to work with. During my time at ethos I was able to work quite closely with Brendon on a number of projects and am glad to have had the opportunity to work together. Brendon is very hard working, supportive and energetic. During his time at Ethos Brendon took on the role of scrum master for our young leaders project, which involved planning and hosting all of our weekly meetings, as well as making regular contributions to the project. Brendon brought a great positive energy and motivation to the team during the meetings which helped to move the project forward. Brendon was also very supportive of the young leaders that were a part of our project and took on the role of mentoring many of them. Brendon’s leadership and project management skills shone through during his time at Ethos, where he led a number of teams, including our funding team. Under his leadership we completed grant applications and developed funding opportunities. Brendon also contributed significantly to the finance team and helped in leading the social media team. During my time with Ethos, Brendon has been a constant, dependant individual that I could go to if I needed anything. He has managed the team excellently and confidently, giving daily updates on Clickup and being there for his team, running projects etc. Brendon’s biggest strengths are: his leadership, his ability to manage, and his humanity. As well as this, Brendon has helped me with a personal project with his with Adobe Photoshop skills, which I can also 100% recommend. I am also aware of his competency in IT and I am sure he will be able to fully utilise this in his future work.
