Founding Principal of Emmaus, the first new school of any denomination in the City of Ballarat at the time of opening for almost twenty years. Initial enrolment of 21 students in 2008 to 375 in 2017 when I resigned my principalship. Completed six stages of building to create a contemporary and highly effective educational environment. Oversaw the growth of a staff team from 3 people in 2008 to 35 in 2017.
