  I had been given an assignment in creating an inventory sheet of the school's prop storage facility. Over time, I had created a working database that digitally represented the collection in a way that allowed users to explore the collection without having to travel to the facility. In order to better organize these materials, I have had to develop my own metadata schema in order to classify the props in a simple manner that fostered easier discoverability and searching by my clients and the school's patrons. I had also developed my own database of users and patrons who would enter their information in order to "check out" items from the facility.
