I had the pleasure of working with Brendan over a period of 10+ years across 2 companies and in multiple roles. My first interaction with Brendan was when we both worked at Circuit City and he was one of the critical members of the Circuitcity.com tech leadership. He had a rare blend of knowledge on the technical side and the eCommerce business side, showing both a depth and breadth of knowledge in an industry that hadn't yet hit a point of maturity across most retailers. Brendan left Circuit City for GSI Commerce (now eBay Enterprise). I followed about a year later. At GSI/EE, I was able to again work directly with Brendan, as his team supported key parts of the development of my new business (Marketplaces). In that short time, Brendan had established himself as an important part of GSI's/EE's tech team, he was knowledgeable about the overall tech environment, specifics of various clients, and quickly learned the needs of my new business. While I'm certain Brendan would be an asset to any tech organization, he will be a rock star for any retailer looking to add an eCommerce savvy tech leader to their roster.

I had the privilege of working with Brendan for more than 4 years. Brendan values employees as people with innovative ideas and treats everyone comes in contact with the absolute respect.
