To date, the group has invested and developed more than 40 nonferrous metal projects across 80 countries, covering copper, aluminum, zinc, nickel, tantalum, niobium, and beryllium.My role at CNMIM was to participate in cross-border mergers and acquisitions with the objective of acquiring new mining project located overseas. This extensive due diligence consisted of analysing a project's economic feasibility, country risk, finance risk, investment consideration, methods of cooperation between counterparties such as joint venture agreements, private placements, acquisition terms, and structuring the term sheets between parties.
