  I managed a multi-million dollar budget used to operate a 1.8 million square foot Class A building with over 45 employees and 4000 tenants in Midtown Manhattan. I specialized in optimizing the operations of the building and have added hundreds of thousands of dollars in value to the Net Operating Income. I managed the Request for Proposal process for waste removal across the portfolio, New York and Washington D.C., which included 13 Class A buildings - roughly 10 million square feet. I oversaw the coordination of 8 vendors to tour the buildings, leveled their bids, and awarded final contract.

  I was an instructor and subject matter expert at the Submarine Advanced Officer Course where I taught Sonar and Tomahawk strike operations to future submarine department heads. I oversaw the strike operations curriculum and influenced current doctrine in this mission area. I was also the submarine fleet's mission chair for strike operations, which came with the responsibility of optimizing how the fleet trains for this mission.   Aboard the USS Santa Fe, I qualified to manage the operation of an S6G nuclear reactor and run the Reactor Laboratories division as the Chemistry and Radiological controls Assistant (CRA). As CRA, I administered robust programs including audits and surveillances, chemical inventories, and internal training and proficiency. I also served as the boat's Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) where I brought the boat out of an intensive dry dock shipyard period back to being waterborne and mission ready again. I oversaw over 60 Controlled Work Packages and Formal Work Packages from initial creation to in process surveillance and finally to closeout and post closeout audit. I also served as the Assistant Weapons Officer and managed the replacement of the combat control suite where I was tasked with finding the most efficient way to use the system in the most challenging of mission environments.
