Brendan's task was to assist me in arranging and conducting "Failure Mode and Effect Analysis" (FMEA) sessions with Novartis personnel. He also collated the resultant output data. This was a difficult task requiring lots of interpersonal persuading skills in extracting relevant data from busy people before the sessions and then persuading the appropriate and equally busy people to attend the sessions. This was done efficiently and very effectively and all in good humour. I certainly would be happy to work with Brendan again.

Headed the newly implemented risk analysis project called FMECA (Failure Mode, Effect and Criticality Analysis). This involved organising risk analysis meetings, chairing the meetings and keeping them on track. It also included revising the given agenda into a more suitable and practical one, and also revising the given route of risk analysis into a more practical one with more implementable solutions.
