-Conducts, plans, and leads a wide variety of wildlife sweeps and survey programs including: seasonal migration, collision risk, breeding bird, raptor stick nests, auditory and visual amphibian, burrowing owl, sharp-tailed grouse lek, and snake hibernaculum surveys for transmission, solar, and wind projects. -Developed unique educational bootcamp training program in remote Indigenous community to teach community members avian post-construction monitoring skills in alignment with AEP techniques. Performs QAQC and analysis of wildlife data according to standards. -Assists in cost estimate development and RFPs for client project proposals. -Completes data entry, data analysis, summary reports, technical memos and Environmental Evaluations.
