I work with a Pharmacist to ensure that customers get their medications in a timely manner and are well informed on how to take their medication. I receive prescriptions from patients and type them into our system. I then bill the patients insurance company and prepare the medication for pharmacist verification. If there's an issue with a prescription I call either the patient or the insurance company to resolve the issue.
