We picked Brendan as one of our summer interns in 2023 and he ended up being absolutely top notch. We gave him 4 projects, the most impressive was a disassembler for a subset of x86_64 assembly. Without ever having done assembly before, he was given a crash course in x86 and from there was able to lookup the opcode encodings for all the instructions we needed (plus some extras) and left us with some nicely written, maintainable C++ code. On top of that he did a great job documenting what he did, was super easy to work with, and A+ for the enthusiasm for the projects he worked on.

I worked as a intern at Exegy Global Financial Solutions over the summer of 2023. I worked on four total projects and learned so much about real-world software development.
