Brendan is a pleasure to work with. He's reliable, logical, and adaptable. In his role working with customers, he had to use both hard and soft skills. While providing high level technical support, he also needed to ensure that our customers felt understood, valued, and respected. Brendan is also a valuable team member and often sought out additional projects.

Dealing with policy reviews as they relate to the beach nourishment project in the Town of Sandwich, MA. The Army Corps of Engineers brought sand from the bottom of the Cape Cod Canal and will deposit it on the beach now, my project was to analyze the federal, state, and local laws that related to this project. I was tasked with updating the SharePoint intranet site for the Environmental and Safety Programs Office. Additionally, I wrote a sustainability newsletter for the park which dealt with things such as the solar panels on Alcatraz Island, electric vehicles in the park, and the wind turbines at the Crissy Field Center. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, which I am so proud to have gone through. I was tasked with updating the SharePoint intranet site for the Environmental and Safety Programs Office. I washed down planes, helped fix them if they needed repairs, and also refueled the planes before they went out. I love airplanes and so I wanted to do this, just to be around the planes in the summer after I graduated high school.
