Course Attendant
-
Jun 2013 - Feb 2014
Urban Putt is an indoor mini golf course, bar, and restaurant. As course attendant, I was responsible for answering customer questions, filling in at front desk or for food runners, maintaining an efficient flow of patrons going through the course, enforcing company policy and keeping all public areas clean. The greatest skill I learned during my time in this position was to effectively assert authority in a friendly manner, which allowed me to gain the respect of patrons, even those older than myself.
