  Responsible for stock control management – daily purchasing, investigating and liaising with suppliers and internal stock holders, quality checking deliveries, and continually working with warehouse staff on stock management for minimum / maximum stock holdings. I developed excellent supplier negotiation skills and also worked closely with the sales and development teams in setting up new products with new item codes in pronto Experience in freight/shipment/dispatch - worked closely with suppliers working out container manifests for shipments out of Asia, liaising with freight forwarding companies on timelines and customs clearance for deliveries up to 2-3 months ahead of schedule. Experience in procurement – sourcing new products and working closely with the development and quality departments to ensure all new products are within the required specifications with the correct paperwork and certificates.
