Dayton, Ohio Area I manage, train and supervise a group of 12-16 employees to referee flag football games for children ages 3-14. There are anywhere from 200-350 children at the 2 sites I manage. I enjoyed communicating with the parents and supervisors, answering a spectrum of questions and relaying that information to my supervisors to create a safe and fun environment for the kids and parents. I take great pride in being the face of the company for my area.
