First of all let me say that I have known Brenda for over 15 years. I don't think that I know anyone with as much knowledge in sales and marketing than her. I have even asked her opinion with regard to marketing ideas for the companies I have worked for. Networking! She is in the top tier. All of my interactions with Brenda over the years have been through the Tampa Bay Builders Association where she is a leader, and a strong industry advocate. Brenda makes an organization better just because she is there.

It was always a pleasure to work with her on her marketing and specialty agreements with her vendors while at Newland Communities Tampa office from 2005 through 2008.
