Based on a previous working relationship, hired in 1985 to manage land and retail properties as well as handle the financial side of the brokerage. Liason to title companies and lenders during the purchase and sale of additional commercial real estate. In spite of the downturn of the commercial real estate economy due to the savings and loan deregulation, Pitzer & Collins added several properties to their portfolio. Left in 1992 to be a full time mother but returned in 1997 to manage office buildings two of the five office buildings still owned by the company.
