Develop and manage $350k non-profit operating revenue and expense budget and $50k Board Discretionary Funds budget. Create detailed analyses to maximize organizational savings. Revamp financial systems, budget process, and management reports for ease of use by non-finance minded end users. Clearly communicate financial information to various stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, and members. Compose and present monthly financial reports to the Board, including strategic recommendations to optimize the program, cut costs, increase income, and mitigate risk. Prepare and present high-level financial reports to the full membership three times per year. Supervise a team that manages accounts receivable and accounts payable. Collaborate with the Board of Directors and an external HR Consultant to oversee a staff of 13, including hiring, performance management, and termination of staff. Prepare, refine, and approve all employment agreements and contracts for staff and vendors to ensure compliance, best practices, and cost efficiency.
