Wild Woman of Willunga is a small one-woman operation in the Fleurieu Peninsula, radiating sustainable style to produce headwear, bags and creative clothing. Wild Woman of Willunga explores the possibilities of upcycling remnant fabrics, yarns and textiles from local supply networks and community op shops in the Fleurieu for the endless possibilities to creative from recycling, repurposing, and reducing landfill while having a practical environmental impact.Wild Woman of Willunga aims to produce sustainable products for the community Markets in the surrounding regions by capturing a unique character in the creative process. WWW will enhance the aim of the market by using my textile and sewing abilities for the community to purchase worthwhile garments. Nevertheless, 2022 is my final year in a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community and Sustainable Development. I gained much knowledge in sustainable initiatives and generated garments from actions that speak louder than words.Wild Woman of Willunga creates because there are endless possibilities in upcycling remnant fabrics, yarns, and textiles, enabling individual results in providing sustainable style.
