  My role as a Key Account Manager at Quest Engineering primarily focuses on business development and sales of Residential Casework for multi-family development in the Chicagoland area. I work with builders, developers, architects, and designers to provide high quality, European style cabinetry for a variety of projects and budgets. I am involved in all aspects of the project, from initial lead qualification, to contract negotiations, design consultation and detailed submittal drawings, order processing, and project management. I lead a team of onsite Project Managers and Product Engineers to ensure that each of our customer accounts are being managed in a way that ensures we are on time and on budget, making our customers as successful as possible.
