  • Create Purchase Requisitions, according to Purchases guidelines and according to budget information provided.• Request PO changes through MYP as per ABM requests.• Follow up PO creation, PO changes requests, Goods and Receipts creation, GR changes requests in My Purchases and SAP when necessary.• Manage the accurate and on time efficient approval of all Purchase Orders within SAP and coordination of the receipt of goods and services whilst ensuring that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered to• Give follow up to shopping cart approvals and escalate delayed cases in a timely manner with the appropriate contacts• Understands global business work process that are transacted in SAP, the importance of data accuracy and the impact that errors have elsewhere in the system and in the organization. • Create the PO Requisitions based on the taxes of each country. • Facilitate tracking of budget management and audit preparation by filing history of GR and Proof of Performance• Facilitate FY End closing through giving visibility of open items and inconsistencies• Interaction with Accounts Payable in order to request escalation problem solving and escalate payment issues when necessary.• Active participation with the different purchasing teams (Concierge, CPO, Sourcing, My Purchases Support center) and external users to work with them as required • Serve as a liaison between P&G GBS and external partners ensuring P&G employees do not have be involved in invoicing process/issues.
