Periodic inventory of small tools & calibration equipment and on-going process improvement initiatives to ensure the training room tools and equipment are accounted for accurately. • Reviewing expenditures and supply management with cost-saving time-saving ideas on a regular basis.• Maintaining vehicle log, yearly inspections, registrations, insurance cards, EZ pass, etc.• DISA DOT, Non-DOT, and Corporate D&A program.• Directing administrative personnel to secure the most economic travel arrangements for staff.• Coordinating visits for individuals outside of the organization for training, tours, PTU and other rooms and meeting spaces.• Directing administrative personnel to make travel arrangements (if required) for Principals and other external guests to the facility.
