Inaddition, some PR work for the Branch that I worked at, I was the go to person for sending out cards to customers; congrats, birthday, sorry for your illness, sympathy and the such. Sales rep for the floor. All employee's had a zone to stay in to assist customers, keep merchandise organized, to greet each person with friendly hello and thanking them upon leaving. Worked cash register, and wrapped purses in tissue for fabulous presentation. Gave advise on how to clean types of leather. You haven't seen or heard anything until you've worked at COACH!!
