Responsible for HR strategic planning and health care industry regulatory compliance as related to human resources. Lead the overall mission to find, develop and retain great talent in support of the organization’s over-all business strategy through the identification and development of culture, people, processes and systems. Oversee the collaborative efforts of all departments and processes related to human capital, including recruitment and retention, organizational development, leadership training/development, volunteer services, employee relations, HRIS systems, practices/policies, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, safety, unemployment and legal. Report to the CEO of the business and executive senior leadership team member.
