  Responsible for leading after-school programming which includes, tracking student attendance for grant compliance, managing junior staff, planning community events, facilitating parks activities, serving as a community liaison, and promoting positive park brand awareness. • Led the planning and facilitation of daily after-school programming for 15 - 105 primary school students, which includes check-in and transportation of students, tutoring, and planning and leading education or recreational activities for participants. • Co-led seasonal athletic programs for over 70 athletes, which included transporting, building sets, coaching, and supervising participants during competitions and performances. • Directed multiple seasonal camps for over 200 participants, which included the planning and supervision of recreational activities and weekly field trips. • Coordinated various community events, which included special holiday programs, end of school year celebrations, and Park After Dark summer programming aimed at providing evening activities for at-risk youth. • Served as a community liaison and brand ambassador between the parks and recreating department, program participants, and community stakeholders. • Managed participant tracking process to maintain accurate records in compliance with community development grant program requirements. • Managed the performance evaluation and coaching of a team of twelve junior staff in implementing afterschool and camp programming.
