I worked together with Bregje for a year and a half and only have positive feedback to convey. Among all of her qualities I would like to stress and develop on three specifically: (1) Bregje is a quick learner. She started as an intern and was able to quickly grasp some of the most complicated procedures of the forecast process the team was working on. Within a month she had documented different aspect of the process, and within a few weeks after that, she was able to actively participate to improvement initiatives. By the time her internship was finished, five month later, she was a fully independent member of the team. We were so happy with her performance that we immediately offered her a contract to stay with us. During and after her internship Bregje specifically focused on: Cost center planning and analysis, FP&A systems and tools, Access database management, Headcount/People and variable spending analysis. (2) Bregje has great communication skills. Whether it’s mastering languages (English, Dutch, Spanish) or packaging the message (content), Bregje is able to bring the proper information to the right audience with the highest quality possible. In addition, Bregje is not shy to express what she would like to say, whilst always be respectful, professional and courteous. Whether it’s in writing or speaking up in front of an audience, Bregje is fully capable of bringing the information across. Finally, (3) Bregje is remarkably joyful, always smiling and spreading happiness around her. She brings energy and cheerfulness to a team. From the first working day, everyone has recognized and valued her dynamism and positive attitude. She is not shy of tackling difficult issues, which may appear above her reach, as she knows that with a positive attitude, it can be done. I can only recommend Bregje, whether it’s in Finance, Communication, Sales, Marketing, as I am sure she will impress anyone who will hire her.
