In a small company one holds many different roles and can often wear more than one hat. I am the front desk/receptionist at a wholesale interior store that is open to the public. I'm responsible for answering the phones as well as greeting guests who enter the store. I also assist with shipping of materials that need to be delivered to customers or are scheduled to go out with installers. I was responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our residents as the "gate keeper" at the front desk.
