Responsible for rotational servicing of entire Personal Lines book of business with 6-8 team members. Servicing Duties including but not limits to: -Quoting/writing/issuing new business for all Personal Lines Insurance Policies (Home, Auto, Boat, Recreational Vehicle, Earthquake, Personal Umbrella, Difference of Conditions and surplus lines business) -Regular renewal account reviews 30 days prior to renewal, including direct reviews with clients of high net-worth accounts -Cross Selling new lines of business on existing accounts -Assistance with filing claims, including claims counseling and advising -Processing endorsements & rewrites of existing business Reviewing risks and ensuring underwriting guidelines are met for specific carriers Maintaining agency standards for active follow-ups, open activities and processes as well as retention of existing business and issuance of new lines of business. Knowledgeable of over 12 personal lines insurance carriers' standards, underwriting guidelines, operating systems and processes. Actively seeking referrals for new lines of business to meet and exceed personal production goals. Special Projects: -Placed in charge of researching, testing and completing a high-level overview of DocuSign-electronic signing program. Upon completion of testing the platform, I created and proposed my recommendation to Fournier Group management. After purchasing licensure with DocuSign I was tasked with training the entire Personal Lines team on using the product and applying it to our service needs. Provided continual education, troubleshooting and assistance to employees on the product. -Placed in charge of rewriting the entire personal lines book of business written with the insurance carrier Kemper to one of our other carriers due to a company decision to end the appointment with Kemper. This included, re-quoting all lines of business amongst all of our carriers and proactively contacting clients to assist with rewriting their business. Show less
