When I hired her to be the new Merchandising Manager on the WWRD eCom team, I was quickly impressed at how fast she took to "owning" her role - as well as the speed at which she learned all the complex processes and systems to launch hundreds of products across multiple branded sites every six months! She's a very fast learner, with strong business acumen and a great attention to detail and design aesthetic... skills which proved extremely valuable at a time when the business replatformed and launched 8 websites in the USA and Canada over a six month period.
