Operations Program Manager Intern
-
May 2020 - Aug 2020
During my time at Microsoft, I designed an internal consumer operations portal for over 400 stakeholders who support a $25 billion business to make better BI decisions. This work was supported by data I collected from 13 interviews and 19 surveys to illustrate the root cause of the challenges stakeholders face. It was also evaluated assessed by a core team I recruited to collaborate with members from each division of consumer operations. PW4000 Operational Commercial Engines Program Intern
-
May 2018 - Aug 2018
During my internship at Pratt & Whitney, I organized Engine Services invoices for airline customers such as Asiana, Delta, Malaysia, and China Southern by analyzing and highlighting critical points to improve comprehension of the raw data. Although that was one of my larger projects, I also collaborated with the PW4000 Programs team to work on multiple on limit extension and partial-kit business cases to help mitigate company-wide costs. In addition, as an INROADS scholar, I decided to head the coordination of the INROADS Expo for at least 200 professionals while staying on top of my job affiliated tasks. Show less
