See below: Designer Women's Active Swim (Oct 2011 - April 2012) • Create concepts for Women's Fitness Category. • Select appropriate Prints and colors for each Category (Contemporary Performance and Aquatic). • Manage all Tech Packs in PLM—Super user (instructor). • Sketch initial concepts, Color-Ups, and Technical Sketches for tech packs using Adobe Ilustrator. • Over-see print selection and development by purchasing artwork from studios, directing print artists, creating colorways in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and preparing pitch sheets. • Meet with vendors to develop new trim/fabrics and approve lab dips/production submits. • Fit Contemporary and Missy Styles with emphasis on bust support and comfort in water. • Work with technical designers on new technologies and complex inner construction. • Prepare SMU product and CADs for Sales as needed.
