I gradually took the role of the teacher in a self-contained K-5 classroom and a high school, resource Algebra I class. I was responsible for writing lesson plans, including differentiation techniques and having some sort of formal or informal assessment to complete the lesson. During my solo weeks, I had to collect data before hand, teach lessons then grade the final assessment and compare student data.
