As a recent graduate Brayden sets the bar extremely high and I have no doubt will be an engineering leader as his career progresses. We were very sad to lose him from our project. I worked closely with Brayden over a period of about 6 months during a complex implementation of Inspectivity's no-code platform at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers. Brayden led digital implementations of the platform within one of 5 business units that are adopting the technology. Brayden is clearly a standout graduate, smart and very analytical, however, I am most impressed with his leadership qualities. Technology implementation within a business is largely a cultural transition that requires great skill to deliver a solution combined with great training and encouragement. Brayden was extremely successful with his remit. He was able to guide a team of engineers and inspectors through the transition of a number of engineering inspection use cases. Migrating the team from paper processes to digital by leading workshops, working in the technology, conducting field trials and managing the deliverables. These are very mature skills you do not normally expect from young graduates. Really well done Brayden. I would not hesitate to recommend Brayden and I wish him great success in the future.
