David Clifford
Mark is a great guy to have on team. Not only does he have a great deal of experience and skill to bring to the art department, but he also takes a broad interest in the cg industry as a whole. This is evident in his part time lecturing and forays into other areas of game design. He was one of the first people to make me feel really welcome in the department, and is always up for a laugh; it would be great to work with him again in future!

For the last 18 months I really enjoyed seing Mark at work. He is the kind of guy you want in your team: Hard worker, dedicated to quality and deadlines, always wanting learn more and get better results. Working at Jagex is not always an easy task for the artists, The tools are prehistoric ( really ) and the engine limitations are really extreme. But despite all those constraints Mark was one of the guys in the team that made my art direction possible and the whole Runescape graphics really reached new highs in no time.
