Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel- related data such as hires, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. Supervises the ongoing maintenance of all employee job descriptions. Administer employee benefit program including FMLA, life, disability, and health plans, 401(k) plan, personal savings plan, and compensation plans. Complied with the provisions of COBRA, HIPPA, and ERISA and supervises filling of reports with state and federal agencies.Supervise in preparation of employee census annually to get quotes from insurers and providers of health benefits. Determines if changes in coverage should be made and whether cost sharing between company and employees can continue at the same level.Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with the company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
