In the past four years I have lead the credit union under tough and varying financial climates, industry changes, and operational obstacles, throughout I have remained committed to improving the financial position of the credit union, while also implementing a change in the overall culture. During my first year as CEO I completed several major projects including but not limited to; negotiating a labor contract; ATM upgrades; EMV conversion and the development and implementation of an operational budget and strategic plan. Additionally I pursued and assisted in negotiating settlement on several legal matters to the benefit of the institution.
