During my tenure at the fast-paced restaurant, I worked in numerous different positions in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant’s infrastructure. I was the company’s lead trainer for all new employees as a server position. In addition, I prided myself on memorization of the restaurant’s lengthy menu, including the wide-variety of bar offerings. As a member of the catering team, I emerged as a leader and one of the only servers trusted to handle catering events by myself.
