Theodore Sutkowski
In 2013, I had the distinct pleasure of supervising Brandy on an employee work committee within Processing Services at Independence Blue Cross. The role of the work group was to assist with process improvement, technology enhancements, and quality control recommendations. As a second year summer intern at IBC, Brandy knew how to jump right in and immerse herself in a project. She is perceptive, articulate, and focuses on the task at hand. She knows how to balance her workload as team player with her constant focus on the goal at hand. Brandy played a critical role in the council by developing a SharePoint database that would be essential for all future project management for the council’s growing opportunity list. Her role in the council also included assisting with the development of an intake form so that council members would have the facts to develop proper project charters to keep council members updated on the goal of the project. During her tenure, she displayed exceptional leadership ability and showed a propensity for solving analytical business problems. I have no doubt that she will have a rewarding career and will be the key asset to any company’s leadership. It was an honor to work with Brandy.

I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Brandy for the last two years as part of the Independence Blue Cross College Intern Program. Brandy brilliantly navigated our complex Processing Services organization and workflows and brought forth process flow improvements as part of her assignment. She is an innovative thinker with an impressive ability to confidently present at all levels of management, including our most senior levels. She invokes by her nature the support of those around her and is able to design projects and implement then with very little guidance. We at IBC have been lucky to parter with Brandy and hope we can get her back to help us in the years to come.
