Project Manager - Strategic Support
-
Jun 2019 - Present
Partnering with executive management team, senior leadership team and external stakeholders at the provincial regulator and credit unions, I lead the initiation, planning, execution and closing of complex project identified as critical to the achievement of strategic corporate goals such as the deployment of a first of its kind lending facility backed by the Bank of Canada.Lead and manage the PMO process required to facilitate the wholistic view of the health of the portfolio. Facilitate monthly conversation with project owners and executive sponsors; the intentional and structured collection of project information is a critical component to ensure an accurate comparison and understanding of how the initiative supports or impacts the overall health of the portfolio and achievement of corporate scorecard measures. I consolidate and evaluate project details against the portfolio risk metrics which is used to identify the level of portfolio risk. This wholistic view of the initiatives and portfolio enables our executive team to make reprioritization decisions or approval of additional resources such as internal resource capacity and/or budget.
