      I started at the age of 19 as a server, and was trainer within a couple months. I also started banquet serving. As soon as I turned 21, I started bar tending. I was promoted to service manager weeks later. I made the schedule for over 40 servers, including a banquet server schedule. I supervised shifts, and opened and closed the restaurant. I had to count the safe and make bank deposits daily. Unfortunately, Jillian's closed and I was not able to continue on in this position.
