The Take Two initiative is a mentor program for teachers mentoring students. I collected data to disaggregate if the program is effective. The Band Together initiative is a program that encourages students to stay discipline free and receive C's or better on their report cards. I collected data regarding disciplines, grades and attendance and presented that data to the School Based Leadership Team and to the Student Advisory Council.
