This led to 2 successful releases of applications within 2 months. These changes made the call center 60% more productive in settling issues that customers had and led to 40% fewer calls.-ForeSight Consulting Help implement and build a SaaS application for case management for lawsuits.   • C# o Architected web api using .net 4.6 utilizing C# 6.0 and the rosyln compiler. o I utilized entity framework as the ORM and Unity for the IOC container for dependency injection. I also incorporated AutoMapper to map Data Models to Domain Models. This service is being used on an external site that policy holders use to look up information on their policy or pension benefits. o Currently maintaining web forms while developing newer pages in MVC using Umbraco as our CMS of choice. • JavaScript o Developed an AngularJS front end framework that is used on a web site to access the web api. This is being used in the newly introduced online enrollment for the company. o Used ReactJS to build a SPA that is used as a message center for users to communicate with customer support. • SQL o MSSQL  Helped define the schema and normalize the database. This allowed for faster SQL queries using EF and better use of navigation properties throughout the API. In doing this I also went through and did an index analysis and added indexes to boost performance. o Oracle  Used EF to connect to Oracle backend which was currently being migrated off of a mainframe onto a private cloud.   • C# ASP.NET o Developed a custom software solution using ASP.NET for Fidlar Technologies called GulfStream. I was the only member on this project and created the application from scratch including the design. I also architected their database and front end for performance utilizing ASP. NET MVC. I included the use of Identity services for security and dependency injection. o Took over a project for Expedia.com. This was a custom made contract management system that I led to completion utilizing ASP.NET MVC and Telerik’s Kendo UI. o I was brought onto John Deere’s Sales Workflow Application to help previous developers complete the application for rollout. I ended up with the opportunity to completely revamp the application and brought in MVC and some Kendo Grids. I also redesigned some of the database and added indexes to get performance gains of up to 70%. I also did quite a bit of rewriting in AngularJS which showed a significant increase in response times and an overall better user experience. • C# - Developer a custom Windows Service that cleaned images on the file system for Fidlar Technologies. This also hosted a Web API service that would be later used for a standalone desktop application in WPF. • C# WPF - Developed custom WPF Application for Fidlar Technologies that utilized the previously built windows service. • Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2012, and 2014 o Designed and implemented a multitude of databases including stored procedures. o Used SQL Server Reporting Services to create custom reports for end clients to get the necessary data to them that met their requirements. o Enhanced previous client’s databases by identifying slow running queries and adding the necessary indexes and keys required to increase performance to a level that the client needed.
