Brandon and I worked together from 2006 – 2012 at Regency Centers. During that time, Brandon was asked to transition between various regions, professional disciplines, and organizational structures. Because of his drive to master processes and systems and his attention to the soft skills, he was able to use the various transitions as opportunities for professional growth and recognition. Brandon was promoted twice and received other forms of recognition during this time. At meetings, whether his own or others, Brandon is usually the most prepared person in the room because it’s his goal to maximize the time and the resources available to him. His organizational skills and follow-up is unmatched; and as a result, his work earned a reputation for being accurate and thoroughly vetted. He is constantly asked to be a part of teams and processes outside the scope of his job because of his drive keeps assignments moving forward and because everyone enjoys working with him. Brandon is an honest, clever, and an exceptionally hard working person.
