Having grown up in a real estate family, Brandon has the experience and background necessary to understand the local real estate and property management market. The need for quality rental properties in this region, an area with a large transient military presence, influenced Brandon to establish Real Property Management Tidewater. He believes his company provides needed quality rentals by working with property owners to ensure well maintained rental properties. Eliminating the concerns of owners and renters is Brandon’s priority. Real Property Management Tidewater maintains teams of experts in leasing, accounting, and maintenance ensuring that the property is rent ready, properly maintained, rent collected, and the owner is kept abreast of the financials involving the property.
