It has been my pleasure to work with Brandon as both a law clerk and as a fellow attorney. Brandon has an impressive knowledge of the law and a deep curiosity about new legal questions. He clearly knows what he is doing when it comes to personal injury law, and I know I can rely on him for honest, candid advice when needed. I would highly recommend Brandon.

Brian Moore

Brandon and I have worked together, and in opposition to one another, in court on numerous occasions over many years now. Brandon is professional, articulate, courteous, and polished in every sense of those terms. He is meticulously prepared for trial and a highly effective advocate for his clients. His ability to build positive relationships with other attorneys allows him to be equally effective as a negotiator and a litigator. I highly recommend Brandon for personal injury, accidents, wrongful death, and general litigation cases.

Travis Story

Brandon is possibly the most intelligent person I have ever had the pleasure of working/studying with. Brandon is a gifted writer, a profound thinker, and has impeccable character. Brandon was always the brains to our legal team, to anyone who is fortunate enough to call Brandon a friend or colleague I can guarantee that you will be impressed with his character and abilities, both in and outside the legal field.

I was responsible for teaching federal taxation of individuals to second and third year law students. This course covered materials including gross income inclusions and exclusions; business, income-producing, and personal deductions; limitations on deductions; and credits. It also involved the interplay between these issues and the taxation of businesses, estates, and gifts. I drafted a final exam, which included thirty multiple-choice questions and five essay questions and covered over 40 individual income tax issues. Several students participated in a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program offered by the Internal Revenue Service, which provides assistance to low income individuals and families with accurately reporting their income and calculating their tax burden. This class also encouraged some students to continue taking advanced tax classes such as business tax and estate and gift tax.

I was responsible for reviewing the trial record for error, preservation of legal issues, and compliance with the Court's rules. Further, I was responsible for conducting legal research and drafting judicial opinions which decide legal issues in criminal, domestic, administrative, and workers compensation cases--at the direction of Judge Petty. I worked at Daniels & Morgan intermittently during my last year of high school, during college, and during law school. Daniels & Morgan is a general practice firm with attorneys practicing in a variety of legal disciplines including, but not limited to, criminal, domestic, business transactions, real estate, personal injury, and general litigation. As my education progressed, so did my responsibilities at Daniels & Morgan. My responsibilities ranged from answering phones initially to drafting motions and briefs in support/against motions. I also drafted and answered discovery requests, subpoena's witnesses, organized evidence for trial, drafted articles of incorporation and organization, drafted bylaws and operating agreements, drafted all the forms for the organization of a tax-exempt charitable organization, and communicated regularly with clients.
