As the Payments Product manager my focus is in new and existing payment rails for our product suite. Specifically I have been working on the the development and integration of real-time payment rails through the RTP and FedNow networks into our Pay A Person (P2P) product. In addition to real-time payment integration I have taken on completing the UI/UX redesign of our product suite as well as taking in client feedback and determining the changes that will provide the most benefit to our client base. Additionally, I work with other internal teams to integrate features such as our AI Action Insights functionality into our products to provide client end users with a superior user experience. I am also a member of the Faster Payment Council and am participating in several working groups.

Business Analyst for the Broker Dealer Servicing Group (BDSG) where I worked with our brokerage clients to enhance our back office software system. I was the subject matter expert for our annuity processing system. In this position I met regularly with clients to discuss enhancement requests to define requirements and size development effort. Once requirements and sizing are determined, I would create approach and functional specification documents for the client to approve and for the development group to use as programming guidelines. I would then support the developer during development and will develop test scripts as well as test the enhancement once development is completed. I was also responsible for analyzing and writing up functional specifications for DTCC industry changes that will affected our system. This position also had me involved with client conversions on and off of our system. This required me at times, to travel to client locations for conversion and/or operational review meetings to discuss client needs and system requirements.
