Brandon is a fantastic self starter who is able to dive deep on a topic and get you answers to your questions quickly. He is able to pull from his vast web development experience to offer multiple avenues when approaching a problem, complete with their advantages/disadvantages. Brandon is also incredibly detail oriented. He easily identifies holes and weaknesses in your processes and infrastructure, and responds with a suggested plans of action, not just problem statements. Simply put, Brandon is an extremely quick and capable DOER who is always ready to offer his educated opinion on a topic based on his years of experience, and willing to dig deep to find multiple solutions should he not have experience with it.

Brandon has a breadth of knowledge when looking at the larger picture and the steps needed to get there. He is able to pinpoint potential issues before they become roadblocks and provide a list of pros and cons for the different solutions. He is always willing to help other teams as his main goal is for everyone to succeed, not only him or his department.

Fernando Mejia

Brandon has a very strong grasp of what is a good product and knows what steps are needed to make the product great. One thing I respect very much in Brandon is the ability to speak his mind and push for changes to make the product better. This is seen in the quality of his work. He strives for the highest quality and push those around them to do better. It was a pleasure to work with him. It was a pleasure to work with Brandon.
