I have found the professors of exceptional quality. For a busy business person with lots of family obligations, I cannot think of a more effective way to learn on a wide variety of topics. When a CD was damaged I found the replacement process friendly and quick. I expect to be an ongoing client. I just wish I had even more time to absord what is on offer.
