      I spend a great deal of my time in NEW client discovery and NEW business development in relation to IT consulting. Once I have identified a client I spend time working on the contracts and redline where appropriate to the satisfaction of the client and Kforce. After all contracts are in place I spend the time gathering the requirements and relating that information to the recruiting staff so they can appropriately search for the right candidate that meets the clients requirements.
