  Off-Highway Powertrain System Design - Collaborate with engine, fuel, air intake, cooling system, transmission, driveshaft, axle, and tire suppliers to develop and select new robust powertrain designs for Rough Terrain and Telescopic Crawlers. - Evaluate and develop new designs for powertrain systems. Perform powertrain calculations to optimize powertrain performance in the design and selection of new components. - Effectively coordinate with internal design teams to optimize new crane designs. - Develop test procedures, perform tests, and write test reports for new product performance testing. New Product Project Leader - Lead cross-functional team to successfully plan, design, manufacture, and test new cranes. - Integrate Lean methods and systems in project management. - Participate in voice of customer to develop understanding of customers needs for new product. - Responsibilities include developing project hours, project scheduling, implement and maintain cost and weight tracking, exceptions management. - Develop and improve various project management tools.
